Gift cards can be used for multi purchases.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to withdraw cash at ATMs.

Once purchased, gift cards are non-refundable for any reason.
As per the applicable Vietnamese law effective from July 1, 2025, cash payments for transactions exceeding 5 million VND are not permitted.
According to Saigon Centre's regulation, to comply with personal data protection laws and verify customer identities for Saigon Centre gift card purchases ("transactions") paid with bank cards, we only accept payments when the cardholder is the one making the transaction. For large transactions (of 100 million VND or more) or when necessary, you may be asked to present your ID documents for verification before completing the payment.
